Shade's House

Moonlight purred. Shade pulled away slightly and looked into Akira's eyes.

Akira opened her eyes halfway, and stared into Shade's eyes also.

Shade smiled. He stood up. "Want anything? Drinks, snacks?" He asked, still smiling.


OOC: DRAMATIC SUBJECT CHANGE! XD

Akira looked away, still a bit embarrassed. "Can I maybe have some water to drink please?" She asked, now smiling at him.

"Sure." Shade said, walking to another room. While Shade was gone, Moonlight purred and meowed loudly.

Lunar went over to Moonlight and gave him a cat highfive. Akira looked at the floor, fiddling with her fingers, still trying to process in her brain what just happened.

Shade came back with a glass of water and a bag of pretzles. He handed the glass to Akira

Akira looked up and grabbed the glass of water. "Thanks." She said with a smile. She took a sip of the water.

He set the pretzel bag down and took a handfull.

Lunar jumped back on the arm of the couch. Akira tilted her glass towards Lunar, letting her drink for it. She yawned. "I'm getting pretty tired." Akira said.

"Uh... I-If you wanna I have a uh... guest room... If... If you wanna sleep... over..." Shade said akwardly. "B-But you dont have to if uh... you don't wanna... I mean..."

"I'd love to!" She said happily. "I mean, it would be dangerous for me to go back home through the forest at this time of night, even for me." She explained.

"That's great!" Shade said happily.

Akira smiled, then yawned again. Lunar looked to Moonlight and meowed.

Moonlight replied with a mew. "Now what?" Shade said, laughing slightly.

OOC: What are teh little kittehs gunna do nao? X3

(OOC: Hehe.. dunno C:< I'm thinking of Lunar and Moonlight quickly going to the guest room, and burning down the bed or something, forcing Shade and Akira to sleep in the same bed? >:D *plots evilly*)

Lunar nodded and made her way to the staircase. "Well, I guess I'll watch a bit more TV with you, then I'll go to sleep." Akira answered.

OOC: Sounds like a plan... an EVIL plan... MWAHAHAHAHAHAH- *cough* *cough*

IC: Moonlight signaled Lunar to follow him. Shade watched them leave.

(OOC: *Passes you a glass of water* :D.)

The two cats headed to the guest room. Akira leaned against Shade and smiled, keeping her eyes on the TV.

Shade's smile wasn't his usual wicked, twisted smile. This was more like a warm, inviting smile. But then his smile was gone. "Do you smell that?" He asked Akira.

Akira sniffed the air. "Is that... FIRE?" She said as she jumped up off of the couch.

Shade ran into the guest bedroom as the fire alarm went off. The bed was on fire! He took the fire extinguisher and put out the fire. He turned his attention to Moonlight, sitting and purring. "Please tell me you didn't do that..."

Akira ran into the room. "What happened?" She asked. Then she saw the two cats purring, Shade holding a fire extinguisher, and a used to be bed burned to bits.

"Cats lit the bed on fire..." Grumbled Shade.

Lunar purred innocently, but that didn't fool Akira. "What were you thinking Lunar!? You could of burned down the whole house!" Akira scolded her cat. She calmed down. "I wonder where they even get these ideas from.." She murmured.

"How are we gunna sleep?" Shade said. "The couches are too uncomfortable to sleep on."
