Relaxing while i can

Neyomi took Cai's hand in hers and followed beside him.

soon they got to Cai's house and he opened the door for her.

Neyomi slowly walked into Cai's house, she felt akquward but didn't let it show.

The guest bedroom is down the hall, last door on the left," Cai said as he followed her inside.

Neyomi started to blush really hard and she shuffled in place, "Um, were's your bathroom?" She asked.

"Second door on the right," he said, pointing out the door.

"Thank you.." Neyomi said as she tried her best to walk to the bathroom and not run.

Cai shrugged and went into the living room.

Neyomi came back a few moment's later and sat down beside Cai.

"Are you hungry?" Cai asked.

"Yeah, it's been a while since I've eaten anything that's really considered food." Neyomi said.

"What do you like to eat?" Cai asked as he walked into the kitchen.

Neyomi's ears twitched then layed flat and she tried to hide her tail "That's kind of embarrasing to say." She said.

Cai shrugged. "okay, you don't have to tell me. I've got all kinds of stuff though," he said.

"Uh, anything is ok I guess." She said.

"You ever had chicken before?" Cai asked as he went through his fridge.

"Um, yeah, let's just say I was five and got into a chicken coop." Neyomi said looking at the ground.

Cai looked at her strangley. "You've never had real human food, have you?" he asked.

"No, I haven't every orphnage I was ever sent to fed me cat food and made me eat off the floor or if the orphanage had a pest problem they made me kill and eat it." Neyomi admitted.

Cai sighed. "D*mnit, I wish I could teach those people in that world a thing or two," Cai muttered, his eyes starting to glow yellow.

Neyomi walked up to Cai and gave him a frendly hug, "It's ok, I'm here now and that's what matters, I won't ever have to go through that again..." She said and backed away from him and looked down slightl "I won't will I, y-your not going to send me to an Orphanage are you?" She asked fearfully.

"Are you insane? no way!" Cai said. He still had a faint yellow glow in his eyes, but it didn't seem to be as angry as before.

"Th-thanks." She said quietly as she walked up to Cai and gave him a friendly hug.

"Can you not hug me, please?" Cai asked.

"Cai, I'm 13 it's not like it meens anything it's just a friendly hug." Neyomi said.
