Hikari, Shade, and Sora waited for their guests

John, Lucy and Neyomi soon showed up at the fron to door, John was pushing Lucy in her wheelchair and Neyomi was hiding behind John. John rang the door bell then waited.

Shade opened the door. "Come in." He said. He looked uncaring.

"Hello Shade, I see your as gloomy as usual." Lucy Said smileing as John wheeled her in, Nryomi was hiding shyly behind John, she blushed when she saw Sora.

Shade sent a sideways smile as he walked inside after them. Hikari was in the kitchen. Sora's ears pricked at the sound of the door.

"I wonder who the Neko is. Neyomi seems to know him." John thought.

Neyomi walked over to Sora, "H-Hi Nya~" She said nerviously, "I-I got you a present." She said as she held out a small giftwraped box with a bow on top.

Lucy chuckled to herself when she saw Neyomi and Sora, "Young love." she thought.

Sora looked at the present. He opened it.

Inside the box was a cat toy, "I'm sorry if you think it's stupid it's just that, I wanted to thank you for when you took care of me when I was sick, and I didn't have much money. I'm sorry!" She said.

Sora took the box and put it on his head, then rolled the cat toy and played with it on the floor.
"I think he likes it." Shade said in a soft chuckle.

Neyomi smiled happily.

"Hey Shade, you know where Hikari is?" John asked.

"In the kitchen. She's cooking." Shade replied.

"I assume now isn't the time I should try talk to her right?" John asked rehtoricly.

"Nya~" Neyomi meowed as she got down on all fours and began to play aroung with Sora.

"Yeaah..." Shade said.

Sora was playing with Neyomi.

"The two of them look so cute together." Lucy thought out loud as she watched Neyomi and Sora play together.

"Heh. Yeah I guess.." Shade sighed.

"So, how are thing going with you and Akira, Shade? I'm assuming everything is well." John said.

"Yeah... everything is good." Shade said, admiring his pocket knife.

"Well good for you, I hope it lasts..." John said, a hint of sadness in his voice.

Neyomi had started to wreastle playfully with Sora.

Alice had started walking around Skyshatter looking for Shade. She had been passing by the houses when she saw him through a window.

Shade didn't notice Alice. "Why do you sound sad?" Shade asked.

"Rose has gone missing, it's been at least a year and I fear the worst..." John said.

Alice coughed, hoping to get Shade's attention.

"Oh, I'm so sorry man. That must be-" He was cut of by a faint cough. "Aw man!" He growled. "I'll be right back."
Shade walked outside and toward Alice. "What is your problem?!" He said.

"Somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed.." She said, commenting on his tone.

"How the hell did you find me here?" He growled.
