Lucy was walking around Windtown with Alica in her arms, she wasn't looking for anything she was just wandering around.

Lucy walked by Hikari but didn't notice she was there untill she nearly tripped over her.

Hikari was confused. 'Akira' and 'psyco' were not compatable. Maybe Shade was rubbing off on her after all.
