Tess sat down on one of the swings, pondering life.

Shade, who was sitting a couple yards away, recognized Tess. He started to walk over.

BIC: Tess spotted Shade walking towards her, "Ohai there!" She said, her tail swishing back and forth.

"Hey." Shade said sitting on the swing next to her. "I haven't seen you around so much..."

"And I, you." She replied back, starting to swing back and forth with her feet still on the ground.

"What have you been up to?" Shade asked.

"Oh, nothing.." She said, remembering the time she fell in the pond at the hands of a water caster.

"I see." Shade said, not believing her.

"Haha, yeah.." She said, her ears starting to twitch.

Shade poked her ears. "Poke." He said.

Tess laughed, then turned serious. "Dun't touch my ears." She said.

"Woah, kay..." Shade said in suprise.

"Hmmph.." She said, her ears still twitching. "It's not nice to poke ears.."

"I give you permission to flick me in the face?"

Tess instantly cheered up, "Really? Okay then." She said, getting up from her swing and flicking Shade in the face.

Shade laughed. "Better?" He said, rubbing his cheek.

"Yes." She said, laughing. "Very much so too."

"Thats good." Shade said.

"Haha, yesh, it is good." She said, flipping her hair behind her shoulder, "The whole world revolves around me."

Typicall Tess... Shade thought. He gave a look of humor.

Tess smiled then sat back down on her swing.

Shade was silent for a while.

"What is it?" Tess asked, noting Shade's quietness.

"I have alot of things on my mind right now..." Shade said. "I can't quite add them up."

"Mind telling me?" She asked, turning towards him, her ears starting to twitch again.
