| No, her mom doesn't have to come with her. If her mom is only a human, it'd be best for her NOT to come, because humans generally can't deal with the magic and stuffs of Skyshatter without special pills or something. Also, most of our characters simply live on their own or with someone they meet when they come to Skyshatter. But, it's your choice what you do with your characters.
