Okay, seriously...

Kiyan had finally made it into town completely freezing. The snow was definitely something he wasn't used to and it had already soaked through his boots and the legs of his pants, freezing his legs even if he wasn't necessarily giving off body heat since he was practically half dead. Oh, the life of a vampire. He quickly walked into town, glad to feel the cleared away asphalt underneath his feet when he walked towards the middle of the town before he finally sat down on a bench near the street. It was nice to sit down after travelling for so long, but he made it. But the movement in the stillness of the night surprised him. Who could be out this late?

Cai had been out late on a delivery for the shop and had hoped to find an inn. However, all the inns were full, so he'd either have to walk home in the night, which he didn't mind because of his ability to create and control light, or find a bench to sleep on, which wasn't to bad either. Of course, as soon as he found the only bench in town, someone had already taken it. He sighed. "Looks like I'm walking home," he said, disappointed.
