IC: Lydia was wandering outside near the weapons shop, she seemed worried and had something clenched tightly in her hand. Lydia knew that Cai was at workby now and there was something she desperatly needed to tell him but she wss affraid of how he would react.

Cai was the only one working the shop today, so he had to come outside for whatever reason as part of the job, only to run into Lydia. "Um, is there something I can do for you?" he asked, knowing she was off work and frankly he just felt plain awkward around her.

Lydia didnt really know how to respond, she wanted to run away but couldnt "C-Cai.." she began as tears started to well up in her eyes and her grip on whatevere was in her hand tightened.

Cai didn't know exactly what to do, so obviously whatever he does is probably going to make it worse. anyway, he said, "Um, is this about, uh..."

Lydia didnt even let Cai finish before running up to him and crying into his chest.

Cai just stopped talking as Lydia began to cry into his chest. Awkwardly, he sorta kinda patted her on the back, not really knowing how to comfort her.

Lyda only seemed to cry more, she wanted to say something but she didnt know how.

"Uh...can you tell me what's wrong?" he asked, hoping she'd actually tell him and not burst into tears...or slap him... or something.

"I-I I'm..." Lydia started, her voice wavering as she became affraid to say it.

Cai had already been guessing at what she was going to say, but he wasn't sure, so he just kind of stood there and let her try to figure out how to say what was on her mind.

"Im pregnant..." Lydia said in a barely audible whisper.

Cai was a little stunned, but that's what he'd expected.Not knowing what else to do, he just kinda gave her a hug, but didn't say anything for fear of saying the wrong thing.

"What am I supposed to do.." Lydia sobbed.

because we're totally talking to Liyra now...

Cai didn't know the answer to her question, and he knew he would end up making it worse no matter what he did, so he just kind of stood there and let her keep on until he could figure out what to do.

"Cai what will Liyra think what about your daughter?" Lydia began ad she started to panic about anything she could think of.

"I..." Cai actually didn't know what they would think; he wasn't sure how he was taking it either. "They...they don't need to know..." he said, just a whisper, but he instantly regretted saying it. How could he keep something this big from his family?

"B-But are you sure? "Lydia asked, quietly happy yet concerned abut it at the same time.

Cai frowned, not sure. "I...I don't know..." he said.

"C-Cai... could we please not tell them yet please. I-I'm scared nya~....." Liyra replied shakeing.

Cai had to think for a minute, which we all know was very difficult, and finally decided to agree. "Alright...we...we won't tell them yet," he said.

"Cai Im going to go home ok. Im really tiredcand I could use a nap.

"Uh, okay," he said, stepping away from her, "but if you need anything, don't hesitate to call, okay?"

"Ok." Lydia replied tiredly before walking home.

Later that day after Cai had gone home from work there was a light almost reluctant knock at his front door.

Cai had been relaxing on the couch with the tv on low, but he wasn't really paying attention. He was more concerned with what had happened earlier, and was listening out for any of the many phones in the house to ring. "I'll get it," he called to the rest of the household as he got up to go get the door.

"Let me know who it is ok honey." Liyra called from th kitchen where she was makeing something for Leyla to eat.

Behind the door stood Lydia all teary eyed.
