hey, it's Cai..with a sword...this doesn't look good

He just shook his head. he couldn't stop thinking about his brother's last moments.

Akira noticed the tears. "Cai.." Akira said.

"He was the last of my family..." Cai muttered half to himself, forgetting Akira was there.

Akira stayed quiet, knowing nothing she'd say would help.

Finally, Cai shook off his thoughts and looked back at Akira."I'm sorry..." he began, but trailed off.

"It's okay." She said.

A thought suddenly occured to him. "Akira, how long has it been sense, you know," Cai asked, not able to say the words "sense i killed osi".

"Huh?.." Akira said, then finally realized what he meant, "Oh, uh.. I dunno.." she replied.

"It must've been awhile..." Cai muttered.

Akira looked down. She didn't know what to say in a type of situation like this.

Cai sighed and lied back down, thoughts racing around in his head.

"Try not to think so much." Akira said.

Cai laughed. "Yeah, that's some good advice. Too bad my head won't listen," He said.

"How about when you get out of the hospital we can go get icecream?" Akira suggested.

Cai smiled. "Sure, why not?" Cai said.

"Great!" Akira said, smiling back.

Another thought popped into his head. "Akira, I haven't seen Mika in a while..." Cai began, "have you seen her lately?"

"Oh, uh.. you haven't heard?" Akira said.

"Akira, I've been inside my room for weeks. This is the first time I've talked to anyone sense...that day. I haven't 'heard' anything," Cai said, sitting back up.

(OOC: She'll tell him that Mika died when they have icecream. c:)

"Oh, she just is just really busy with things and doesn't have time to see people." Akira lied, not wanting Cai to feel worse.

"Oh...Okay," Cai said.

Just then, a nurse walked in. "You can leave now, if you want. We'll call you when we have the blood test results back," she said, matter-of-factly.

Soon, they were at the park, with icecream in their hands, sitting at a table. Akira had a vanilla scoop and a strawberry scoop icecream.

Cai had two scoops of chocolate; they sat down at their normal table.

"Remember when we came here before?" Akira said, referring to the time they came here for battle plans.

Cai nodded, half-smiling. "Yeah, how could I forget, we burst into that song from Mulan for no reason at all! "
