Sitting around (Lupa please post)

"Please tell me... your brother isn't following us is he?" Leo asked nerviously.

"I wouldn't know," she said, turning around to look behind her. Storm wasn't there, but, what she couldn't see, was that he was tracking their scent, and would be there soon.

"Ok, well we're here, what now?" Leo asked.

"Um... I'm not sure," Lupa said, trying to think of something to do.

"Well there's no use standing around at the edge of the field like this, you want to go in or what?" Leo said.

"Oh..yeah, of course," she said, her face finally coming back down to her normal color.

"Well then let's go!" Leo said as he grabbed Lupa's hand and lead her into the Flower Fields.

Lupa was caught off guard and nearly stumbled, but she righted herself and followed Leo into the field of flowers.

They soon reached the middle of the Flower Fields where Leo suddenly stopped running and turned around to face Lupa, "So what do you want to do now!" He asked happily.

"You want to look at the clouds? it's fun to try and guess what shapes they are," she said, looking up at the sky.

"Sure!" Leo replied as he fell backwards onto a soft patch of grass.

Lupa flopped on the ground next to him. "That one looks like a deer," she said, pointing towards the west.

"That one looks like a wolf don't ya think?" Leo said pointing to the cloud right next to the one Lupa wa pointing at.

Lupa nodded and, as she did so, the clouds moved closer together. "Oh! It's the Hunt!" Lupa exclaimed excitedly.

"Yeah cool!" Leo respoinded excitedly.

The two clouds merged together. "Oh, now it looks like a wave on the ocean," Lupa said, slightly sadned

"Hey, don't be sad, I think the wolf won don't you." Leo said trying to cheer her up.

Lupa laughed. "of course he did!" she said.

"Hey Lupa... do you think that mabey we could be friends? ... and mabey in time more then that?" Leo said, unable to stop the last part as it escaped his head.

Lupa felt as if a huge weight had dropped on her chest. She struggled to find words, "I..um...I don't..."

Leo's cheeks burned hot with embarrasement, "I'm sorry... I didn't meen... Well I kinda did... it's just..." Leo said stumbleing over words nerviously.

It was at that moment that Storm showed up. He had been listening in on their conversation, and was bristling with anger. Growling, he lept on top of Leo and bared his teeth.

Insinctively Leo hit Storm in the face with one hand while he guarded his face and neck with the other arm, the hit was weak due to the fact that Leo had been in the sun all day.

Storm snarled when he was hit and snapped at Leo's hand. Then, Lupa crashed into the wolf from the side, and they rolled a few feet away. Lupa had taken the shape of a wolf and had pinned Storm on his back.

Leo quickly stood up clutching his hand in pain as dark blood oozed from the bite marks, then stumbled over to where Lupa had pinned Storm down, "What the hell was that for! Don't you know what happens when a vampire losses blood!" Leo yelled, perhaps a little angrier then he should have been.
