Just sitting around the shop

The weapon instruction class had just ended, so the shop was now empty except for its employees. Cai was now in the instruction room with advanced equipment set up around him. He had started practicing in the shop a while back, when his training area at home had become too small for most of the exercises he did now, but he still did some training at home.
After a while, he got into a rhythm, so he barely noticed the door to the room open as someone stepped inside.

It was Liyra that had come in, se was standing there shyly, "Um... Cai? I was hopeing that um.. mabey we could spar or something with the preactice swords, i-is it ok with you?" Liyra asked.

Cai heard her speak and finished a move. Then he turned to her, pushing some equipment out of the way. "Of course," He said, sheathing his sword and walking to the supply closet. "Which do you want to use?"

"the Kendo swords, the bokken hurt too much." Liyra replied.

Cai pulled out two Kendo swords. "Alright, here you go," he said, giving one to Liyra.

"Points or freestyle? Your pick." Liyra said as she grabbed the practice sword and took a defensive stance.

Cai took a defensive stance. "Freestyle," he said.

"Ok then, don't hold back now." Liyra said as she feined an opening before swinging at Cai's neck.

"Fine, I won't," he said as he easily saw through her trick and blocked her swing. He didn't go on the offensive, however, he was content to play a defensive role at the moment.

Liyra smiled as her sword hit Cai's, then quickly jumpped back, "You're fast." Liyra said smugly.

He shrugged. "I've been doing this awhile," he said as he waited for her to come after him again.

Liyra stood there for a little bit and groweled then she ran forward and swung downward at Cai's head.

Cai saw the move long before she even reached him and stepped away, not even having to block with his sword.

Liyra fell forward onto her face as the force of her strike pulled her down. she layed there for a moment before getting up again, She spat out a tiny amout of blood from accidentaly biteing her tounge, she knelt there useing her sword as support.

"You okay?" Cai asked, extending his hand to help her up.

Liyra reached out and grabbed Cai's hand as if looking for help up then took her sword and smacked Cai across the face, there wasn't much force behind it because she was holding it backwards by the handle but then she quickly turned and followed up with a thust to Cai's chest.

Cai let her hit him in the face, but her second attack met nothing but his own sword, as he had adjusted and was now ready to fight again.

Liyra quickly turned and in one swift motion swung downwards at Cai's head, but not fast enough that Cai couldn't block it, she was to close for him to dodge though.

Cai blocked the attack easily. He still had a hold of her hand and now her sword was locked with his. "Looks like you're stuck," he said.

Liyra quickly kneed Cai sharply in the side before quickly turning to try and break his grip, knowing that it would end very badly if she couldn't break free.

Cai winced as she kneed him and their sword unlocked, but he kept hit hold on her arm despite her attempts to break free.

Liyra struggled to break free from the strong one arm hug she was now in but to no avail, "Ow.. Cai.. Please.. Y-You're hurting me." She wimpered as she started to cry

Cai sighed. "You did this to yourself. We can both agree I've won, correct?" he said, loosening his grip a little, but still holding her close.

"Please, let me go, it hurts." Liyra wimpered, her sword fell out of her hand as her grip losened and clattered against the ground.

Cai let her go and took a step back, but didn't say anything.
